DePaul's Infant Empowerment and Education Program (DIEEP)

DIEEP is an initiative by DePaul Community Health Centers, supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). DIEEP is dedicated to promoting maternal health, breastfeeding support, and increasing awareness of mental health concerns to address the maternal health crisis effectively.

It is observed annually from April 11th to April 17th and is an important campaign founded by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance. Click here to learn more.

DePaul's Infant Empowerment & Education Program and its website are supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). There were nine awards made for a total award amount of $22,363,205 nationwide.
